Due to continued Growth and Expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Customer Account Manager at our Grimsby office:-
The specific tasks associated with this role as follows: -
- Attend various exhibitions and networking meetings in the UK
- Promote SVT through certain marketing initiatives
- Ensure marketing materials are kept up to date and accurate
- Undertake market research
- Taking orders and generating relevant paperwork
- Actively utilise LinkedIn and other Business Social Media
- Contacting customers from leads generated by webs.
- Assist customers with their learning accounts
It is therefore essential that the post holder possesses the following:
- Excellent sales skills at all levels
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent IT and administration skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
- Outgoing personality and good sense of humour
- Car owner preferred
