SVT are pleased to announce that the Level 4 Award in Principles of Personalisation in Social Care qualification is being added to the already extension portfolio of Health and Social Care qualifications.
These Level 4 Awards are qualifications designed to meet the needs of a wide range of people including carers, personal assistants, service users and people who are employed as professionals such as Nurses, Social Workers and General Medical Practitioners.
Learners may have previously completed the NVQ or SVQ in Health and Social Care at level 3 or 4 and may be looking to progress their career in a social care setting or simply have a particular interest in Personalisation of Care which is a Government led initiative.
These qualifications are also suitable as Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in the area of personalisation and person centred care.
